Haryana Health Dept Recruitment 2016 – 662 Medical Officer Posts: Health Department, Government of Haryana has issued a notification for the recruitment of 662 Medical Officers (HCMS-Group A) vacancies on regular/ temporary basis. Eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed application format on or before 30-12-2016.

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 22 to 42 years as on the last date of submission of applications. Relaxation is up to 47 years for Scheduled castes, Backward classes of Haryana only and for other refer notification.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation in Medicine and Surgery of a recognized university or degree of any other university or institution recognized by the Medical Council of India & registered as medical practitioner with Medical Council of India or any other state Medical council in Indian Union and Hindi/ Sanskrit up to Matric standard or higher education.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 500/- for General Category & dependent of ESM candidates, Rs. 250/- for woman candidates & Rs. 250/- for SC/ BC/ PH/ ESM/ Eco. BP/ DFF persons of Haryana only should be deposited in the Haryana Government Treasury under the Head Treasury Major Head 0210, Sub Major Head 04, Minor Head 800 Sub Head 98 51 “0210- Medical and Public Health, 01-Urban Health Services, 800-Other Receipt (92)-Other ltems” & Candidates can also send fee through Bank Draft in favour of Director General Health Services, Haryana Panchkula Payable at Panchkula.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates send their application complete in all aspects in the prescribed format along with relevant testimonials, certificates (attested), one recent passport size photograph affixed on right hand top corner at the space provided in the application form duly attested by a Gazetted Officer & envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the post of Medical Officer” should reach to the Director General, Health Services, Haryana, Swasthya Bhawan, sector-6, Panchkula - 134 109 on or before 30-12-2016.
