Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification :
For Junior Consultant : M.E./B.E./DFT/SFT/PGDFTM/Equivalent Degree with specialization in Footwear Production and Management areas(Marketing, Merchandising, Retailing, Production & Operation Management )with teaching/industry experience with minimum 3 years experience & more than 7 years for higher post.
For Craftsman : 8th Pass with experience of around 10 years of experience in relevant field.
For Demonstrator/Instructor : 8th Pass with short term certificate course in shoe design/pattern making/cutting/closing/upper making/ lasting/finishing/component; and relevant experience of around 5 years.
